JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Boeing Aircraft Engineering Manager based in Malta.

REQUIREMENTS
You must be able to evaluate technical information and recommendations from aircraft, engine and component manufacturers
Evaluate legal requirements issued by the regulatory authorities
You must provide repetitive and recurrent defect analysis to support the company’s reliability and maintainability programmes
Follow and control all work carried out on aircraft, engines and components as well as review and/or assessment of SBs, ADs, Minor/major Modifications and Occurrence & Audit reports so that they are addressed in a timely and orderly manner
Ensure compliance of the continuous airworthiness requirements of EASA/CAMO
You must be able to manage scheduled Aircraft maintenance tasks
You must be able to manage scheduled Powerplant systems maintenance tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS
You should have a good knowledge of EASA Part-M
You must have an engineering degree and/or Holder of Part-66 AME 
You must have worked for at least 3 years in Continuing Airworthiness Management
Good knowledge in IT and very fluent in English.
Good knowledge of B737/B767/B777 and A320 aircraft
Good knowledge of Aircraft Documentation
You must be able to work productively and efficiently as part of a multi-disciplined team.
You must be able to take responsibilities and be stress resistant.
Flexible to work outside of normal office hours and willing to travel
Preference will be given to candidate with experience in VIP-Business aviation and CAMO/145
organization
If not already resident, willingness to relocate to Malta.
