JOB DESCRIPTION

Oaklands is currently recruiting a Flight Dispatcher to join a reputable operator in Europe.

REQUIREMENTS

1.     You must have previous experience within a flight operations position.
2.    Preferably have business aviation experience
3. Hold a dispatch license
4.   Always ensure crew pre-briefings are sent for the following day’s flights
5.   Arranging equipment for the aircraft as necessary
6.  Crew Scheduling
7.  Arranging additional insurance coverage
8.  Any other admin tasks
9.  Sending Client Flight Confirmations
10. Flight monitoring to including overall control of flight plans
11.  You must observe a final check on outstanding services for following day’s flights

   12.  You must monitor the Operations inbox
   13.  To oversee the flying programme operation
   14.  Always ensure crew pre-briefings are sent for the following day’s flights
    15. Utilising Flightware
   16. Arranging equipment for the aircraft as necessary
    17. Crew Scheduling
   18. Arranging additional insurance coverage
    19 Sending Client Flight Confirmations
