JOB DESCRIPTION

REQUIREMENTS
Write case study documents based on FDM findings.
Participate in and help develop the Continuous Professional Development programme for Analysts, ensuring we provide customers with a high quality and consistent analysis service.
Liaise with the Software Development Team and Customers on the continuous improvement and development of our web-based analysis platform POLARIS.
Attend industry conferences and exhibitions as required.
Routine analysis of downloaded flight data.
Act as the first point of contact and maintain regular communications with a number of allocated customer accounts.
Based in Hampshire

NOTE: Any aviation qualification or flight deck experience is ideal and considered, otherwise a tangible evidence of numeracy and an understanding of aviation, typically to degree level is needed.
