JOB DESCRIPTION

Taking dual responsibly for our cabin crew and pilot communities, you’ll provide assistance to a huge number of people across our base. From producing regular reports to answering queries and providing general admin support, this is an all-encompassing role that calls for a super-efficient administrator to step in and keep everything we do ticking over like clockwork.
  Beyond this, you’ll undertake weekly briefing room audits, refresh essential flight paperwork and order in new supplies. And, as healthy and safety is central to everything we do, you’ll also have the key role of conducting health and safety audits and risk assessments, working closely with our Occupational H&S Advisor along the way.


REQUIREMENTS

As Base Support Administrator, you’ll love great service, be as passionate about travel as we are, and relish the chance to promote the easyJet brand
You’ll need a high degree of IT literacy, outstanding communication skills, and have a good head for numbers too
Previous experience in a similar role would be a big advantage, while experience within an airline environment would be a huge bonus – but it isn’t essential
You have a meticulous attention to detail and a flexible approach.
You must have a good understanding of a high volume operational business will also go some way to setting you apart
Fluency in French and English
